FCF|REACT Capacity Building on Adult and Child Mental Health
(2 positions: 1 international and 1 national – team preferred)
Objective and methodology of Consultancy:
The objective of this consultancy is to increase capacity (knowledge, skills, and attitudes) of FCF|REACT funded partners on common adult and child mental health problems so that they can improve early identification of mental health issues and primary intervention, as well as increase advocacy for referrals and development of specialized services.
The methodology includes conducting a training needs assessment in close collaboration with the FCF|REACT Child Protection team, development/adjustment of training curriculum, and provision of online training and remote coaching (webinars, online small groups discussions, individual coaching). A brief report of these training and coaching sessions will then be written.
The Consultancy Period: August to October 2020
